Arnold is the N scale brand from Hornby International, and as such produces a wide range of models from across Europe.
The current rolling stock provides a cost effective alternative for German & Swiss modellers. Many models also provide extra variety on existing layouts and collections.
Rivarossi began manufacturing trains in Italy in the 1940's. They were part of the Lima group which was acquired by Hornby in 2005.
Rivarossi produces models for many railway operating countries. Apart from the home Italian ranges, they also include: Germany,CIWL,Trans Europe Express,Austria,Switzerland,Holland,Denmark,America.The countries covered will vary from year to year.
Electrotren models are good news if you don't want German outline stock and cover prototypes from France, Italy and Spain as well as the biggest locos ever built, the American Big Boys and Alleghennies. Most locos are DCC ready and some AC versions are also available.
Jouef has remained pure to its roots as a French model railway company and it's range comes exclusively from France or Trans European Express which originate within France
There are two quality ranges - the standard range which features many newly tooled models of modern French rolling stock and the lower cost Junior Line.
